Our warehouse team supports daily operations by preparing and organizing tools and materials for field crews.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Job Summary</strong></h3><p>We are hiring motivated and reliable <strong>Warehouse Pickers</strong> to assist with inventory management, material preparation, and warehouse organization.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Pick and prepare landscaping supplies and equipment for scheduled jobs</li><li>Load and unload incoming deliveries</li><li>Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy</li><li>Inspect tools and equipment for damage or maintenance needs</li><li>Support stocking and inventory counting processes</li><li>Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor yard environments</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Reliable and team-oriented attitude</li></ul><h3><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Pay:</strong> $19 - $25 per hour</li><li>Full-time hours with overtime opportunities</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Growth opportunities within operations teams</li></ul><h3><strong>Work Schedule</strong></h3><ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>
