Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Appointment Setter to coordinate service appointments, follow up with leads, and support business growth through professional client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients to schedule consultations and services
• Confirm appointments and maintain scheduling calendars
• Follow up on inquiries and service requests
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records
• Coordinate with operations teams for appointment availability
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable handling outbound and inbound calls
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic computer and scheduling software skills

Compensation & Benefits
